By using this website or engaging CrestVox Studio for any service, you agree to these terms.
Services
CrestVox Studio provides web development, design, and related digital services. All project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Payments
- Projects require an advance payment before work starts (typically 50%)
- Remaining payment is due before final delivery or site launch
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
Client Responsibilities
- Providing content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
- Ensuring you have rights to all materials provided to us
- Timely approval of deliverables at each stage
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom work becomes your property. CrestVox Studio retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Limitation of Liability
CrestVox Studio is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
