Stores that turn ad clicks into repeat orders

Most D2C brands pay for traffic, then lose it to a slow product page, a confusing checkout or a cash on delivery order that comes back. We build Shopify and WooCommerce stores that load fast on phones, answer buyer questions and make prepaid checkout the easy choice.

How customers decide

One product, checked six ways

A shopper sees an ad, searches the brand, reads reviews, compares prices and asks an AI tool before they pay. Each step either builds trust or sends them to a marketplace.

What breaks as you grow

More traffic, fewer real orders

D2C stores usually lose money in the same five places as they grow.

  1. Ad traffic lands on slow pages

Most visits come from phones. A heavy theme and too many apps waste the click you paid for.

  2. COD orders come back

Unconfirmed cash on delivery orders turn into returns, double shipping and stuck stock.

  3. Product pages leave questions open

Missing sizes, ingredients, delivery dates or return rules push buyers to a marketplace.

  4. App fees pile up

Several apps doing the same job slow the store and add a monthly bill.

  5. Nobody trusts the numbers

Broken pixels and missing events make it hard to tell which campaign brings profit.

Our approach

Built around orders, not just traffic

Five things we put in place for D2C brands on Shopify and WooCommerce.

01Speed

Fast mobile store

A lighter theme, fewer apps and compressed images, checked on a mid-range phone.

02Pages

Product pages that answer

Photos, details, FAQs and reviews that cover what buyers ask before they pay.

03Checkout

Indian payments done right

Razorpay, UPI, cards and COD with confirmation and limits where they help.

04Search

SEO and AI visibility

Collection pages, product schema and brand facts for Google and AI answers.

05Measure

Tracking you can trust

GA4 and ad pixels tested end to end, so each order has a source.

Outcomes we work towards

  • Faster product pages on mobile
  • Fewer returned COD orders
  • More orders from search, not just ads
  • Clear data on what sells

What we refuse to do

  • Install apps you do not need
  • Hide shipping costs until the last step
  • Copy product text from marketplaces
  • Post fake reviews or ratings

Shopify or WooCommerce for a D2C brand?

Shopify suits most brands that want a reliable store without managing hosting and updates. WooCommerce suits brands that want full ownership, lower monthly fees or a store tied to a lot of content. We recommend one after looking at your catalogue, team and budget.

Cutting returns from cash on delivery

COD still matters in India, but unconfirmed COD orders raise return costs. We set up order confirmation on WhatsApp or by call, COD limits or fees where they make sense, and make prepaid UPI the quickest option at checkout.

Questions D2C founders ask

Before you talk to us

Do you work with new brands as well as running stores?

Yes. We set up new stores from scratch and fix or rebuild stores that are already selling. For a running store we start with an audit so we fix the biggest leaks first.

Can you move my store from WooCommerce to Shopify, or the other way?

Yes. We move products, customers and orders where possible and set up redirects so you keep your search traffic.

Do you set up Razorpay, UPI and COD rules?

Yes. We configure Razorpay, UPI, cards and COD, including order confirmation and COD limits to reduce returns.

Do you run our Meta or Google ads?

Not at the moment. We build the store, landing pages, SEO and tracking, and set up conversion events so your ad team can measure results properly.

How soon will we see results?

Speed and checkout fixes show up in your data within weeks. SEO and AI visibility take a few months to build, and we report progress every month.
